ACA Private Practice Enterprise Coaching (PPEC) is a coaching and business development program for ACA members, delivered in collaboration with Acua, designed to help you move from “just surviving” to intentional enterprise growth. 

Many counsellors and therapists enter private practice for flexibility and purpose, yet find themselves overwhelmed, underpaid, or stuck.  

Delivered throughout 2026, this program supports ACA members to: 

  • Strengthen enterprise awareness 
  • Design a viable, values-aligned practice 
  • Build systems, assets and confidence 
  • Achieve sustainable work-life balance 

The program combines live webinars and Business Club intensive workshops aligned to a practical enterprise framework. PPEC guides members through progressive stages of enterprise development, moving from preparation to design, growth, and sustainability.
