Program Overview

ACA Private Practice Enterprise Coaching is delivered through two program streams designed to work together across the year:

  • Monthly Webinars – Foundational learning and practical insights delivered each month (February - November 2026).
  • Business Clubs – Quarterly in-person full-day workshops focused on implementation, strategy, and deeper business development.

While each program stream can be undertaken individually, they are intentionally designed to complement one another. We strongly encourage participants to engage in both programs to gain the full benefit - learning monthly concepts and then embedding them through structured quarterly implementation. Together, they provide the clarity, accountability, and momentum needed to strengthen and grow a sustainable private practice.

Business Club

Quarterly, one-day intensive workshops

Business Club is a full-day, in-person intensive workshop where participants work directly with coach George Nelson to actively build their private practice enterprise strategy. This is not a seminar, it’s a working day on your business.

What participants do at the ACA PPEC Business Clubs:

  • Work on their business, not just in it
  • Build or refine their enterprise strategy
  • Develop tools, messaging, and supporting assets
  • Receive direct coaching and expert input

Total 24 OPD points for Business Club bundle (6 points per workshop).

$1,100 (inclusive of GST) for Business Club bundle (four workshops).

Delivered quarterly across capital cities Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, the Business Club brings together preparation, design, and execution in a hands-on environment.

Your investment in the Business Club Program means you are committing to attending all four workshops in your chosen city. Each workshop builds on the last, supporting you to apply what you learn, stay accountable, and make meaningful progress in your private practice over the course of the program. Participants are required to complete the provided pre-learning in preparation for each workshops.

Business Club Session Outlines

Business Club Session 1 – Prepare Phase

This one-day intensive is designed to take your learning to the next level through structured reflection, practical tools, guided exercises, and real-time planning. Participants will be encouraged to build on their worksheet from their pre-learning video.

What is your why? You’ll identify what’s holding your practice back, clarify what’s ready to expand, strengthen your professional ecosystem, and refine how you communicate your value with confidence and authenticity. You’ll leave with a clear action plan, stronger language, and next-step momentum.

Learning Objectives

  1. Integrate self-awareness and practice identity into authentic visibility, strengthening understanding of how internal alignment—values, confidence, and professional boundaries—translates into being noticed, trusted, and preferred by the right clients, without reliance on performative or sales-driven strategies.
  2. Refine and confidently articulate a differentiated practice narrative, building on identified strengths and opportunities to clearly communicate a point of difference as a valued, ethical, and client-relevant service.
  3. Consolidate and rehearse intentional, client-centred language, preparing clear and consistent ways to introduce self and services across professional contexts, while avoiding language that diminishes value, misrepresents scope, or creates misalignment with professional identity
  4. Strengthen your practice ecosystem through mapping, creating values aligns plans for referrals and identifying gaps and opportunities.

Participants will set themselves deliverables that can be achieved or worked towards before the next Business Club.

Business Club Session 2 – Design Phase

Take your learning into real-world application to design the lifestyle you want in private practice. Practical, reflective, and action-oriented: we will work on identifying and reducing time-drains, aligning your workload with your lifestyle, and building a practice that is both financially viable and emotionally sustainable.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand key private practice business models and how different structures, income streams, and service mixes align with practitioner values, strengths, and desired ways of working.
  • Clarify and define a business model that fits my practice, integrating clinical identity, lifestyle goals, and financial sustainability rather than adopting models that create misalignment or burnout.
  • Identify practical next steps to test or refine my business model, ensuring it supports ethical practice, consistent income, and long-term viability while remaining responsive to change.
  • Build stability and confidence in practice delivery by developing strategies for setbacks and refining ethical, client-centred language to support rebooking and continuity of care.

Participants will set themselves deliverables that can be achieved or worked towards before the next Business Club.

Business Club Session 3 – Build Phase

You’ve done the learning. You’ve reflected, refined, and strengthened your foundations. Now it’s time to bring it all together into a clear, practical strategy you can actually implement. This one-day intensive is designed to help you integrate everything from the webinar series and previous Business Clubs into a cohesive private practice strategy – one that fits your values, capacity, and current stage of growth. You’ll clarify your priorities, create an actionable plan with realistic timelines, and build confidence in setting goals you can follow through on without burning out. The focus is momentum with sustainability: a strategy that supports both your practice and your life.

Learning Objectives

  • Clarify a strategic focus for my practice, identifying priority areas for growth or refinement and ensuring these align with my values, capacity, and current stage of practice.
  • Develop a practical, integrated plan, translating strategic priorities into realistic goals, timelines, and actions that can be implemented alongside clinical work without overwhelm.
  • Strengthen confidence in setting and reviewing achievable goals, using clear criteria to assess progress and adjust strategy over time while maintaining sustainability and direction.

Participants will set themselves deliverables that can be achieved or worked towards before the next Business Club.

Business Club Session 4 – Evaluate Phase

Marketing in private practice shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. This one-day intensive is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help you simplify your marketing, build a streamlined system, and walk away with real assets you can use immediately. It’s designed to move marketing out of the ‘overwhelm’ bucket and into structure. The workshop will finish on evaluation exercises, encouraging participants to regularly check-in to analyse if their business operations are meeting their why and achieving desired outcome.

Learning Objectives

  • Apply practical marketing tools and systems, working hands-on with selected platforms or templates to create or refine core marketing assets that support visibility and client bookings.
  • Identify and streamline key marketing processes, simplifying workflows by selecting tools and approaches that reduce duplication, decision fatigue, and time spent on non-essential tasks.
  • Build a personalised, simplified marketing setup, integrating tools and processes into a clear, manageable system that supports consistency and follow-through without over-whelming clinical work.
  • How to read your website data? Where are your hits coming from?
